Shipping & Delivery
We charge a $5 flat fee for shipping and delivery. Our carrier of choice is at present the US Postal Service. The shipping fee will be waived or rebated if you are in the Boston area and pick up the tea in person or we hand deliver it you. Please contact manager@2tealovers.com to make arrangements. We are exploring options to lower our shipping costs further. Please stay tuned.
Privacy & Security
We will never sell or rent your personal information to others. You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
  • whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes
  • if you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us at manager@2tealovers.com
If you order from us, we require that you supply your name, adress, phone number, and email address to ensure that we can contact you if there are problems with your order. We do not collect or store your credit card information. Our payment processor is Paypal; please refer to their security policies concerning the storage and security of your credit card information.
Returns & Replacements
If there is a problem with the quality of your tea purchase, please contact us at manager@2tealovers.com. We will make it right. We want our customers to be satisfied.
Ordering
You must register or login to proceed to checkout. To register you supply your name, adress, phone number, and email address. We collect your information to ensure that we can contact you if there are problems with your order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The base price listed for each tea will be the price for the smallest size, typically 25 grams. To place an item in your cart, choose a package size from the dropdown, fill in the quantity if more than one is desired, and click "Add to Cart". Discount or promotional codes can be entered on the shopping cart page. Please note there is no sales tax on tea in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Viewing Orders
Login, then click on "My Account", and choose "My Orders".
Updating Account Information
You may edit your name or address with "My Account" by clicking on the "Account Information" or "Address Book" tabs.
